Tsubomi's ships via United States Postal Service.
Tsubomi's charges a standard flat rate of $5 with every purchase. We cover the rest.
Our standard of excellence is to always ship NEXT BUSINESS DAY (excluding Holidays)!
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday ship next Business Day.
Orders placed Friday and Saturday ship the following Monday except on Holidays.
However, Items that may NOT qualify for Flat-Rate shipping may be large items such as bridal gowns, ball gowns, fluffy multi-layered long prom dresses, and apparel that is sensitive to wrinkling such as Businesswear. Please check individual listings or contact us before purchasing.
Returns
At this time, all sales are FINAL. For the time being, however, we can only assure you that you will not be disappointed with your purchase because as noted in our Quality Assurance policy, our reputation depends entirely on your satisfaction!
